libatspi2.0-dev software package provides Development files for the assistive technology serice provider, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatspi2.0-dev
libatspi2.0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libatspi2.0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatspi2.0-dev *
You will get with libatspi2.0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
